Who's teaching this

My PhD is in neuroscience, and I've spent 23 years inside the medical device industry, including participating in hiring and building industry teams. I'm not a nurse, so I won't pretend I know what your shifts feel like. What I do know is the industry side: how clinical experience translates to industry roles.

I designed Break Into MedTech to help nurses make that move without going back to school, without guessing what to say in an interview, and without doing it alone. Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need a business or sales background?

No. Your clinical experience is what the program builds on. What most nurses are missing is the MedTech vocabulary, and that's what the program teaches.

Is this only for nurses?

It's written for experienced nurses. If you work in another hands-on clinical role, you're welcome to join the free workshop and see whether it fits.

I don't know which MedTech role I want. Is that a problem?

No. That's a common place to start. Choosing the role that fits your experience best is the first real decision, and the workshop is a good place to begin on it.

Will this get me a job?

No, and I won't promise it. What the program gives you is clarity on which of the five roles fits you best, a resume and LinkedIn profile that read the way the industry reads, and a way into conversations that don't start with an online application.
